At the Rigad Olomouc store, you can take part in the internationally accredited NAEMT FOTS – First On The Scene course, conducted by instructors from Elite Training Center Czech Republic. The course is designed for first responders, members of the Integrated Rescue System, and civilian participants who want to gain confidence in delivering basic prehospital emergency care under real-world conditions.
The NAEMT FOTS (First On The Scene) program is an accredited training course developed by the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians (NAEMT, USA) and focuses on managing emergencies in prehospital environments.
It is suitable for civilians, armed forces and security personnel, firefighters, and emergency medical services (EMS) who wish to learn how to react properly to trauma and acute medical conditions before professional help arrives.
The eight-hour course combines theory with hands-on skills training and scenario-based exercises in realistic conditions. Under the guidance of instructors from the Czech Armed Forces, Police of the Czech Republic, and Emergency Medical Services, participants will learn the fundamentals of prehospital emergency care, including improvisation and the use of available resources.
The NAEMT FOTS – First On The Scene course blends theoretical instruction with extensive practical training in realistic, stress-inducing scenarios. Participants will learn to provide prehospital emergency care step by step – from initial assessment to patient transport.

The course fee includes facility and equipment rental, instructor and assistant work, training aids, role players, and the NAEMT FOTS certificate. Other costs (meals, accommodation, transport, printed materials, etc.) are the responsibility of each participant.
